How to place an order?
Ordering a safety gate is easy through our webshop. Simply select the desired model, enter your details, and complete the order. You will immediately receive a confirmation email.

Changing or Cancelling an Order
Did you order the wrong product or want to make a change? No problem. Just send us an email as soon as possible with your order number and the details you’d like to modify. As long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll be happy to make the changes.
Want to cancel your order? That’s also possible, provided it falls within the cancellation period. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information. We’re happy to assist you.
Order Status & Delivery
As soon as we receive your order, we get to work. You will receive the following from us:
- Order confirmation: Immediately after placing your order.
- Order acknowledgment: Once your order has been processed.
- Packing slip: As soon as your pallet leaves our warehouse.
- Invoice: Sent at the time of shipment.
Is your item in stock and ordered before 12:00 PM? Then we will ship it the same business day!

We carefully inspect every shipment. Still encountered a problem? Please contact us right away:
- Damage upon delivery? Email us with photos of the damaged product and your order number.
- Received the wrong item? Let us know, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
- Want to request a return? Check our return policy on the customer service page for full details.
